Attached is an update on the CRFSC Spot Bill language (SB359). Justin Malan has done a great job to enlist Senator Hernandez' support on carrying the CRFSC language changes to CalCode. Although the attached document doesn't have all the proposed amendments; it is our hope that future amendments will reflect all proposed language changes.

Attached are the final guidelines that were developed through Sub C under the leadership of Stacy Harrington and Tim James. I also wanted to express my thanks for Elizabeth Morgan's help in ensuring that we captured Food Safety Policy Committee's feedback of which was included in the attached document.
